Noel McNaughton has been a television, radio and print journalist, internationally‑syndicated radio columnist, writer and professional speaker.
His broad experience, ranging from Farmer to cross-cultural Adult Educator, Direct Marketer, International Communications Consultant, Wilderness Guide and Outfitter, and Oilfield Contractor provides him with an abundance of business and life experiences that help him see issues clearly and contribute to solving problems.
His six years as a member of the University of Alberta Senate, and his study of the effects of the digital world on communication and education, keep him abreast of the many changes happening in journalism.
Noel has been a member of a Cree family for more than 50 years, and a board member of the Aboriginal Multi-Media Society of Alberta (AMMSA) for 40 years.
