Huu-ay-aht First Nations on Vancouver Island near Bamfield has donated $6,000 to the Tsilhqot'in National Government to help with the fire relief of six of their communities affected by the wildfires burning in the interior of British Columbia.

They are asking that others help to raise another $6,000-plus to match and exceed this donation? They have set up a go fund me page for the purpose of collecting the donations. Readers can access it here: https://www.gofundme.com/tsilhqotin-fire-relief-fund

The communities have been hit hard by the wildfires, reads the page.
